| Overall Rating: | Very good |
| Really like this place for its decor and general atmosphere. I've taken people here on business and for fun. Lovely and cosy in winter with open fires - yet it is of a modern design. |

| Food Rating: | Very good |
| Good food, especially if you like chips(fries). with your meal. Only down side is that the menu doesn't really change and there is no real alternative to the chips being the main accompaniment to the main courses. |

| Service Rating: | Very good |
| above average however I've had the odd occasion where they forgot parts of orders. |

| Overall Rating: | Mediocre |
| A nice atmosphere, but staff are not especially welcoming, service is slow and food is expensive and small. |

| Food Rating: | Mediocre |
| An unexciting menu, extremely small portions and high prices. Ingredients are not always of the highest quality, and some of our food arrive burnt. Whatever you do, don't ask for coffee at the end - we had a cold, weak espresso and a warm, weak latte. |

| Service Rating: | Disappointing |
| Very poor. Slow, unfriendly, orders often orders. A "discretionary" 12.5% service charge is automatically added on to your bill, requiring you to face the embarrassment of asking not to pay it. Also, a cover charge of £1/seat is automatically added, I assume to cover the 'cost' of the bread/olives that are delivered to your table whether you ask for them or not. |

| Ambience Rating: | Very good |
| Very nice. Although a large space, with wooden floors, it just manages to escape the "canteen" feeling that other places of similar size can suffer from. We had a table by the imitation open fire, which was most pleasant. |
