Overall Rating:Good
The concept is fun and original and staff are very friendly (the same can't be said for the scary chefs!) but once you get over the novelty you realize the food's quite bland. I've been twice and wouldn't really go back as i prefer to eat better food.
Food Rating:Disappointing
The food is bland. I NEVER add salt to food normally, but find i have to here.
Service Rating:Very good
Very good service. You turn a pot upside down on your table when you want something and they come promptly and with a smile.
Ambience Rating:Good
It's friendly as you're all getting up and standing in a queue or picking your food, but it's a bit clinical and cold. Not intimate at all so don't go there if that's what you're after! Is noisy because of the cooking in front of you thing obviously.

Food Rating:Disappointing
Was vry dissappointed to see people picking up food and then throwing it back. Hygiene can not be a strong point in a place like this.

Overall Rating:Disappointing
Went for my birthday meal - with my boyfriend - we were put into a corner and left, we then had to wait 10-15 mins to order. Due to the fact we were not overly hungry we just ordered main courses, these took 40 mins to come and when they did they were so disappointing we each left half of our meals.
Food Rating:Disappointing
Chicken salad dish was drowned in chilli flakes - i like spicy - but this was far too spicy. Tiger Prawn dish (? - not sure of it's exact title) from the main menu - contained 3-4 prawns and TONNES of veg.
Service Rating:Mediocre
Pleasent enough, but the wait to order and to be served was far too long. No one even bothered to question the fact that both of us had left the majority of our food and asked for the bill.
Ambience Rating:Mediocre
Wasn't memorable.
